Thank you to filamentive for sending me their tester pack to sample. Over the next couple of weeks I am going to print the same two prints and photograph under similar conditions.
The first filament to be sampled is their PLA Cosmic.
Both the vase and fish were printed at 210oC on a glass bed at 60oC with pritt stick to aid adhesion. Both were printed just with a skirt.
I was very impressed with the results from both prints. The first layer adhered well with both and the fish bottom layer was near perfect.
The ‘cosmic sparkle’ is very nice and particularly looked nice under the red light (third photo).
I look forward to trying more of the Cosmic PLA.
